A shooting situation took place on the University of Texas-Austin campus this morning. The suspected gunman has died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, the Austin-American Statesman reports. Police are looking for another suspect, though university officials say it is not clear if there is one due to differing physical descriptions. No other injuries were reported. This is another reason never to go to college.

segway owner dies

James Heselden, the British businessman that owns the Segway company, was killed Sunday after he drove one of his famous two-wheeled scooters off a cliff. Heselden, 62, was using an off-road version of the scooter to inspect the grounds of his estate in northern England when the accident occurred.

Police officers were called to the scene about 11:40am local time following a phone call from a member of the public. Heselden was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death is "not believed to be suspicious." Found lying near his body was a Segway.
